Hair Clinic International money wasted(unhappy client)
I had a problem with my hairline I decided to make an appointment with Hair Clinic International(Dbn Umhlanga)on the 22 September 2021 a lady name Desree explained everything to me even through she said there is no 100% guarantee that this process will work but I was desperate to have my hairline back she gave me a 3months hair treatment. This process cost me R9000 in total.I paid R4000 deposit and R1250(in 4months installment) and we agreed that on the last payment she will book a Dr(Hair Specialist)for me.I emailed them January this and asked them to do the booking for me they said I must send all the proof of payments I did but till today they never booked me the Specialist. Can I get my money back because they did not fulfill their agreement.
We looked into this matter and it seems like there is still an amount outstanding that needs to be settled before an appointment will be booked with our doctor as per contract signed on the 22nd of September 2021.
