extend the same courtesy as you would expect from others!

I first contacted Rozanne on the 20.09.2020 via whatsapp. On the 21.09.2020 I asked her to let me know when I can phone her to discuss what I wanted done. We spoke over the phone on the 22.09.2020 and discussed what I wanted done. Rozanne said no problem, and that she'll be in touch as soon as I've sent her pictures, which I did immediately. On the 25.09.2020 I sent her a reminder to send prices - NO RESPONSE, on the 28 & 29.09.2020 I sent more reminders, messages were all read - NO RESPONSE. 30th I sent a message advising that if she isn't up to it to just confirm and let me know so I can try somewhere else - STILL NO RESPONSE then on the 1.10.2020 I sent a message saying that it's unprofessional and that I wasn't interested anymore. All messages were read on the same day within hours of me sending it and no effort was made to respond. I've been kept waiting for 2 weeks. All I wanted was the courtesy of not having my time wasted. Very unprofessional!
