Harrassment by salon owner

I had my reservations about the products and level of authenticity of the salons equipment on the first and second occasions I visited. But kept it to myself as I was so pleased with my hair. However the quality of the hair became very poor over the two visits. But I put that down to lightening. The woman that owns the salon couldn't get hold of me regarding a payment. She then proceeded to use information from light chit chat at the salon to track down my friends and family, some how founding their contact details!!! She harassed my mother and good friend. It turns out the payment did not go through to the details she had sent me over WhatsApp. When apologising, and reassuring I would send the money again given she send me more clear banking details. It was my mistake, I MUST have sent it to the wrong account. She began shouting and bad mouthing over voice notes and text, saying things that didn't apply to the situation and telling me I was never going to pay her. In confusion and appall, I asked to phone her, to clear things up and make sense of the situation. She continued to be unreasonable and very unpleasant. I told her that she was conducting herself unprofessionally and I was mortified she thought it was "completely acceptable" to search the internet to find my loved ones contact details and had every intention of sending the money. She hung up and blocked my number! Then unblocked me sent her banking details and blocked again!!! I became very suspicious, and was traumatized. It was a simple mistake that could easily be corrected. She unblocked me a day later and asked where the money was. I paid it all in full and again apologised for my mistake. I then asked if I could come to the salon and take a look at the products for the next appointment. She sent me a voice not saying to stay away from her and blocked me once again. This behavior is juvenile, and extremely unprofessional. I am shocked at the situation and have so many suspicions. Did I really send the money to the wrong account, the details she sent were the same. But I could have made a typing error. Why did she become so defensive about me seeing the products, and why did this woman verbally attack me without first assessing the situation. And furthermore, what made it okay to take my personal and private buisness. And drag friends and family into it by stalking them on the internet. I feel harrassed and shocked that it happened to me.
