Unprofessional, a *****, and Never Apologized

I went to Hair by Joelize & she offered to take me even though she had about 15 people waiting. I asked how much & how long it would be as I am with a carpool.I described what I wanted & showed her how long my hair was she said it would be about R450. I called my husband to make sure it was ok as I had a budget. He said yes.She then proceeded to make me wait far past the time she said;did my hair while busy with 6 others hair at the same time & ended up doing THE EXACT OPPOSITE of what i wanted. I told her i don't want my hair blonde & i ended up with bleach blonde thick and thin highlights in my dark brown hair,some of them not even going all the way to the bottom; my hair is to my bum and she used a cap that got stuck in my hair so bad that eventually after 6 washes with conditioner to get it out they had to cut it out.I couldn't brush my hair for 5 days straight because of the pain. I didnt have time to get it dried as my carpool was waiting THEN as Im paying Joelize says OH!and its going to be R680! I was so close to bursting into tears I swiped my card and left. My husband went back a couple weeks later and she only returned R200.<br> I do NOT recommend going here for any service!
