Burned all my daughters hair off no excuse and no refund refuse to take ANY responsibility

Andri and her team burned off ALL my daughters hair, and still changed her R1500.00, they refuse to take ANY responsibility for what they did no apology no refund nothing, she had shoulder length hair and when she walked out of the salon her hair is shorter than a boys hair, please people do not make the same mistake as my daughter thinking paying more will give you the perfect hair style IT DOES NOT these guys mess up more than the cheaper hairdressers believe me
