Poor Service

Springfield branch.... Owner Clive and Mel to date have not returned my call or email despite regarding complains at this branch. It seems that they dont value their clients. So Im beginning to ask as to why they do the courtesy call after each visit when the main visit of complain was not given attention from the owner. Or is he in total denial but believes a manager who has brought this salon to a poor level.
