Do not go for a perm here, they ***** up your hair

I had the worst salon experience ever. And this says a lot since I come from a small Free State town where i happened to have received two of my three spiral perms.<br> <br> Allow me to explain why:<br> 1. Putting in the curlers takes a long time, i get it, but the technique used for a spiral should be done properly from the tip to root right. This was a rushed job with the end not properly curled around the curler and an uneven technique and the result is a twig-like, uneven, and at some places not even a curly effect.<br> <br> 3. Applying of the lotion. Having had these perms before, i know that a drip tray should have been used while applying the lotion, this didn't happen at all and lotion ended up down the front of my body after i stated that i could not turn my head any more due to the curlers. The curlers wer also not lifted in order for the lotion to reach my roots, leading to straight sections on my head, quite obvious when fastened into a pony. My earrings were damaged by the lotion as they were not taken out<br> <br> 4. Appauling customer service, unprofessional service combined with a now terrible spiral perm... I urge you not to go here.
