Awful client experience

I bought a three visit special from Hair and Skin Experts in Linden, Johannesburg, at the end of December. I had my first haircut a week later and have been trying all week to reach the salon before the voucher expires at the end of March, unsuccessfully. I eventually called a cellphone number and was told that they are fully booked until the end of March and will not be able to accommodate me. I asked to speak to the owner, Megan Galvao, and expressed that I was upset I wouldn't be able to book an appointment now, for after March 31. She spoke to me with such disgust, telling me that I should take responsibility for not planning, despite the fact that their phone lines have been down. She went so far as to accuse me of emotional warfare on her and her staff.<br> <br> I had a good experience the first time I visited the salon but wasn't going to have a second haircut (part of the deal) less than 2.5 months after I had my long hair cut quite short. I don't believe I left it until the eleventh hour and feel I should have been afforded the opportunity to make an appointment post the voucher expiring with their phone lines being down. I want my money back!
