Butchered hair !

I asked for a hair TRIM ! I was explicit about wanting to keep my length. This woman seemed to understand. I explained my hair is curly and thick. She told me she wouldn't put in short layers. I drove all the way from northern suburbs to this Hair and Beauty on Main because I trusted them. My hair is far too short now. It sticks out all over the place and lost its length. I will never go to that place again in Rondebosch. And I will suggest to anyone else looking for hair care not to go there either. I'm really upset. My hair looks ****. I'm furious. I can't wear my hair in a ponytail and the fringe literally sticks upwards. Boycott this place a seven year old can cut hair better.
