False advertising

My family and I purchased tickets to this show at The Lookout for 21st November 2015.<br> We did our research. The online page made everything sound glamorous and we were excited to say the least.<br> <br> We did not receive any goody bags on arrival, there was not much to see, we did not receive anything as promised including the cosmopolitan magazine which we signed for the 6 months free subscription. We only received certain samples and made a few purchases. There were no seating space and the entertainment was tedious.<br> <br> Seems a lot like false advertising... If this is what's on offer then this event should have free entrance.<br> <br> We sent numerous emails and phoned but still no feedback
