faults feedback, 3 weeks and still waiting

On the 25/02/15 my car was booked in for hail damage repairs at HAIL-BUSTERS. I called the company (Hail-Busters) numerous of times and spoken to Carmen who confirmed that my car will be ready today 20/03/2015 and they would give me a call when the vehicle is ready and up until now, I have not received any calls yet and it is now 17:05.
