Haier mal****ioning Fridge

<p>I bought a fridge (Haier) and Stove (smeg)from Metro centurion on Dec 2015 and requested it delivered in march/April 2016..the fridge started leaking water after us around August and this was intermitted.. until it became serious in November and decided may be kids play with the fridge and will see if they go home during recess..</p> <p>It did not stop and experienced a malfunctioning menu selector on the touch screen. The fridge only dispense crushed ice and not ice cubes.. and leaking water became worse after use.</p> <p>Reported the matter with Wilson and came back to me within 2 days and said Haier will sort it out in 48hrs.. i was contacted by some how a very Rude lady who said she is calling to send a technician within a hour because he is in centurion.. after exchange of words i had to aak people to run to the house to wait for the technician</p> <p>Technician said the fridge door and i e maker need to be replace not fixed replaced.. i called Haier and i managed to get a guy Munaaf .. he initially tried to help bit later told me i must call the company to sort the fridge with them and they will tell me when they will get the spares.. i told him that is Haier Job to sort it and things that are need are not small parts but big part that at least should be available</p> <p>He came to me and said i will be assisted on the 4th Jan 2017 there is nothing he came Do with the situation..</p> <p>Metro said i must deal with Haier <br />Haier refer me Technician contractors</p> <p>What do i do with this **** fridge that i have bought where no one takes responsibility..</p> <p>Can i replace this Haier and get Samsung or smeg Fridge.. because Smeg came to my house and fixed a stove within 48hrs..</p> <p> </p>
