4 Months to renovate my house and not done yet

I unfortunately was in a hurry to move in my new house and took these people on the word of someone else to renovate. They promised me the world (at quite a high price) and I had to pay 90% up front. BIG mistake as now, 4 months later I still live in my bedroom (not completed) only and have no kitchen that I was promised would be in mid November. I was promised the house would be finished by end November 2015 and then again on 23 December 2015. It is now 2 months almost after original completion date and house not done. Everything that was promised gets changed now. They broke 7 windows while painting and only replaced 3. I can go on and on about all that is wrong but space not enough. If I don't get joy out of this I am reporting them to the NHBRC. I have been patient very long now (even they said so 2 months ago already), but patience stop at some time. I will even go to Carte Blanche if they don't finish this month. I was promised the husband (co-owner) will be on site every day...yeah right...not even once a week. He hasn't been here this year once...they drop their staff and leave, don't even check on the work.
