Worst service than the Goverment one

Early November I approached Hahn & Hahn Attorneys for assistance with ITC clearance. My case was assigned to BONGANI MNGUNI worked under the supervision of professional lawyer Sunette Everts.<br> After submitting all documents they ask me to, I receive no feedback. Then I get a call from Bongani who was very upset because I complained, he did not even offer an apology for the delay. Then I get an e-mail from Sunette distancing herself from the case leaving everything to her junior staff to work unsupervised. Bongani then gave me a call to say he will update me with 10 days which he did not. He also reassured me that my case will resolved in 20 working days. After 22 working I wrote to Bongani to get feedback, he got upset again because I copied Sunette Everts in the e-mail. Now it has be 2 months and I still have not heard from Bongani, hios supervisor Sunette does not even care to follow up. From a Law firm, this services is of appalling standard, worst than service one get at municipalities. Why take someone money you are going to lazy around?
