very poor customer service

I contacted Hahn&Hahn Attorneys to have my name cleared from ITC. last week i received a mail informing me that my file is closed and that my name is cleared now. this, however, is not the case. i have already sent 3 mails without any response. i have already paid the required of R1890.00 in January but now everything has gone quiet. there is still not even an attempt to contact me or informing me that they are busy looking at it. I am very dissapointed as i am attempting to buy a house and this is now the only thing preventing me from doing that.
