unfairly treated

I called hahnlaw attorney when i was in need of help October 2015, i wanted to clear my name from ITC .Mrs Lindiwe masombuka was the one assisting , she explained everything to me , on how their organisation works and how good they are with service. She told me the amount to be paid before they can open a file for me. What i wanted was to clear my name as i was blacklisted. They told me that i must pay an amount of R1750.00. But still doesn't mean my name will be cleared. I will still have to pay the money i am blacklisted for in half half 'she said'. I told her that she can wait with than since i am having a lawyer i'll get some advice before i proceed with everything. She say is fine but i can provide all my details to make things easy when i am done with my decisions.that was ok i did so. I contacted My lawyer,they managed to solved the problem without any challenges. Hahn law came back to me ,i told them i am now fine thanks i appreciated for their support. Problem the other lady from Hahn law keeps calling me,sending messages telling me that i owe amount of R1750.00 for the opening of the file which i don't know of, even today. Please i don't know what happening. Thanks!!
