Paying for a bad attitude!!!

I have never been more shocked at how I can fork out a some of money to be messed around and eventually transferred to a guy with the worst attitude on the face of the earth!!!! Please if you looking for legal help whereby you will actually get less of a headache don't use this guy. Everyone else is so much more helpful, don't how this rotten apple ended up there.
