Paid mg money for mahala no service

Well was promised they would help clear my credit profile and would be able to apply for credit. I paid in June and in September they send me the same credit report i had even before i paid my money to them. They never call or anything, whwn you call they say il get back to you but never do. The person was talking to is Moss, i send him emails but never bother to call back, even sent Graham an email but also ddnt bother to get back to me. Now i lost money for no service at all, funny enough when they wanted me to pay was promised the world but now they cant even bother to give me a call. Iv just lost my money for nothing. I need help on how i can get my money back from them. Maybe after all i should also take the legal route cause this is not fair at all. I didnt pay so i can further waste more then R500 calling them. Please somebody help me
