No service.

We paid on the 5th of June and as per Bongani we would have received our clearance certificate 21days after payment. We handed in documents and was said time and again that everything is in order. Both by Bongani and Godfree. Today is the 10th of August 2018. And we are still at the same stage as in the beginning. If we don't send multaple emails or phone them we get no feedback what so ever. We are at a point where we'd rather get a refund and go somewhere else.
