The company called me on behalf of FNB to make payment arrangements on my FNB Loan only for FNB to tell me they dont know the company and dont know the payment arrangement that was made on their behalf. now money that does not belong to me has been taken from my account and fnb refuses to refund the money back to me.

We have checked our system and found that although there was initial contact with you during June 2016, our fees were notpaid and your file was closed. We are most definitely not acting on behalf of FNB and our offices did not contact you to make a payment arrangement on behalf of FNB.
Kindly contact Bongani of our offices and provide him with proof that the money taken from your account was taken by our offices as alleged in your complaint.
