Hahn n Hahn attorneys

In October 2017 I contacted Gcina hahn n hahn attorneys to make arrangements with regards to the money I owed their client CSI Property management. I exchanged emails with Sunnette who sent me an Acknowlegement Of Dedbt to sign,I signed and returned the AOD. At this stage Llewellyn van Niekerk of CSI was also involved with regards to emails and he informed me that on receipt of their first agreed payment he will instruct his attorneys,Hahn n hahn to stop legal proceedings,I signed my AOD in December and returned it then made my first payment in January 2018 then February and March. I requested my statement which still indicated legal fees,interests etc. I contacted Gcina Hlatswayo of Hahn n hahn in May for a meeting and went to see her,she said she was never informed to stop legal proceedings and that she would give me documents showing how they calculate their legal fees,interests etc after I forward her the email which proves that Mr Llewellyn of CSI indeed committed on stopping legal proceedings I have since been waiting for these documents and sent her reminders but no responce from Hlatswayo and the legal fees keeps on increasing despite the email I sent. I also found out that before these legal actions,I was suppose to receive summons to sign in respect of the amount owed but I never received such. I also requested the ombudsman's contacts from Hlatswayo after seeing that she is no longer responding to my requests and she hasn't sent me anything to date.
