Clearance certificate

I was under debt review and I have paid up all my accounts. I then requested Hahn and Hahn Attorneys to assist me with credit clearance around February 2022. I sent them all the necessary documents and I paid the amount requested on full. To this day I have not been assisted. When I call them they keep saying they will contact me back but they never do. I would like for them to give me a refund if they can't assist me so that I can look for assistance somewhere else.
