Bad Service

I have made a payment the begging of July and was told that my name will be cleared from credit bureau in 29 days, I have submitted all the documents and settled all the accounts I was advised to settle, 29 days have passed and I haven't heard anything from anyone and what gets me angry is that no one will bother to call and give a person heads up. I spoke to Dineo yesterday and she reassured me that she will follow up and call me back. Until now I'm still waiting for your call
