Bad Service

I have opened my file in 2019 and have paid you in full. Bongani Mnguni sent me papers to sign and asked me to send all proof of payments and settled letters. I have sent him so many emails but he never respond. Please don't say you can't find my file because the consultant said she found my file and she said Bongani will assist me further but Bongani is never respond to my emails.
