2*** no update (2022 is worse cause I called , emailed NO RESPOND from consultant)

Morning, I saw their service on Internet and was convinced is the right people then I made a call immediately, the consultant was nice , i asked her if they can assist me "Clearing my name from credit Bureau and also judgement against my name she said no problem first pay R2300.00 then she sent papers to sign and was promised my matter will be resolved minimum 3 months, to my surprise I'm the one who is emailing, calling asking about my credit status but they don't even bother to call or respond my emails, i don't know what to do cause I have sent so many emails and I'm calling them from Monday to Friday the only people available are receptionist cause they will transfer your calls to the consultant but no answer , Now i' tired of calling, emailing using my expense please refund me, from 2*** nothing to show or i can say no results
