Very unhappy with Hahn Collections and SABC

I have been receiving SMS from Hahn Collections to pay my TV license that was handed over to them, my problem is this in 2024 when I paid my TV in full I sent an e-mail to SABC not once but twice requesting them to cancel the TV license as I do not have I TV for the past 3 to 4 years now, and then 2025 came and I received an SMS from SABC to pay my license after is asked to cancel, when I called them they said they never received my e-mail but they confirmed the e-mail address for me to send my request in 2024, now I have sent this to Hahn Collections as well on e-mail I received a read report but they do not answer as I told the agent on 14/10/2025 once I get a reasons on my e-mail I sent then only will I make payment but if no answer no payment so i sent one again today request urgent Feedback in bold letter, so I hope they get back to me before the end of October so I can get this stupid TV license out of my life for good. Hahn Collections please responded to my e-mail, myself also work in the same industry and we reply to the first day of receiving an e-mail with a query not sure way you take so long to answer an e-mail but please I need an answer before month end. e-mail was sent to ***.
