Unresponsive and questionable

I was informed that my tc license was in arrears and that I had to make an initial payment of R265 to avoid legal action. Like some unhappy customers have indicated, no emails or email addresses have been disclosed, in order to make contact with the company. No statement have been sent, although they say that it has been sent. Sms's cannot be reasoned to and remain undeliverable. When requested on WhatsApp for an email address, the communicator remains quiet and unresponsive. Their integrity and legitimacy is questionable.
