Unprofessional approach, rude attitude, wrongful accusation

On the 04/06/2026 at 07:05, I received a call, which was not the first of its kind, they demanded that I pay a certain amount owed to the DMRE, to which I explained that my contact details were at the DMRE as the consultant for the company they are looking for since we have previously rendered services to them from 2010/11 if im not mistaken, I gave them the contact details for the company owner and emails thereof, at 09;28 on the 04/06/2026, I received another call by the same number, I explained the same, the woman on the other end was rude, telling me that its my job to follow up on the debt since they only had my name, I tried to calmly explain the situation to which she just changed her tone, raised her voice and started threatening me that she will implicate me since she only has my name and date of birth, which she received from the DMRE, I refered her back to the DMRE for the contact details of the direct company owner to which she just kept shouting and rudely hung up:

This kind of conduct is unacceptable and constitutes harassment. I hereby demand that: - My contact details be removed from your database immediately. - All communication with me cease with immediate effect unless proper verification of the alleged debt is provided in writing.

Should I receive any further calls or messages from Hahn Collections, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the Council for Debt Collectors and the Credit Ombud.
