Unprofessional and ********* costs

The consultant thru the phone down in my face when I was busy making an arrangement I sent them proof of payment however they still keep on sending me emails and sms's that I am being charged for to accumulate cost on the account, there phone number dont work, they dont respond to your emails its just automated emails but its not fair to accumulate costs to someones account if there is no servicing taking place and you being charged for calls but the consultant puts the phone down while you speaking. They are a ******* and dont have any professionalism when speaking to you. I escalated my complaint to them however till today i received no responds but automated emails and SMS's to accumulate costs...I guess that is whats keeping their business going...dealing *********ly with customers.
