Unprofessional Agent

Today I spoke to this agent named Palesa,very unprofessional,********* !!!Hahn you need to do something about your agents,that girl you could tell she is ill illiterate and everything that she been explaining made no sense,questioned her but failed to answer…get us some educated and proffesional agents who knows the job and understand English better!not these fools who tells us about broadcasting signal..and when you ask if does she her self knows what a broadcasting signal is then goes mite!
