Unnecessary HARRASMENT.

Have asked numerous times for them to stop contacting a family member and have provided them with MY contact details. I have emailed them on various emails numerous times, but received no response. The account they are trying collect is my SABC TV licence that was cancelled over 2 years when I emigrated. Very poor service and communication. Bordering harrassment of my family member. I am more that willing to discuss the matter, but they never return my emails. I am not in South Africa, but have given them my phone number.
