UNISA please change Hahn Collections please especially for debts below 10k

I am overwhelmed with the amount of calling and sms's done by Hahn Collections agents. They first called with me with false information regarding my details thus making me believe they were ****mers. So I no longer felt safe engaging them. After correcting my information a few weeks later and millions of calls later aswell, they now demand me to make payments. The agents are absolutely rude and make me feel tired. I just block them. Lastly, I indicated to the last agent that I will pay end of the month however they continued asking questions like ' why didn't you pay all this time, how can we take you for your word, and we need tangible proof or submit your banking details' Yohhhh.

Cha I am overwhelmed with these guys. They call all the time.
