**** TV licence payment

I wonder if this company do their investigation on people to call and demand money. I created a TV licence account, before I could even use it, I got an SMS that says I need to pay an outstanding amount. Like how on earth do you charge people services they haven’t used? Even today I haven’t purchased a TV, had to ask my dad to buy one on my behalf.

Now I am getting SMS’s from this company now demanding money. No! I tried closing that TV license and no one got back to me. No I will not be paying something that I never used.
