Terrible service Hahn collections

I have been fighting with Hahn collection for 2 years now. They claim that I own money on a TV licence that is not the same as min, which is paid up to date. The TV licence they are on about is *** an belongs to a P van der Merwe. My TV licence number is *** and belongs to me, HF van der Merwe and was verified by the SABC as PAID UP TO DATE. The people working at Hahn collection refuses to stop harassing me about this, even after I spoke to the SABC and they support me. To me this is now a **** to get money from me.
