Stop harassing me about someone else's TV License!

This company is sending me constant emails regarding a TV license account number ***. First of all, I am NOT Mrs JJ Fourie. Secondly, not matter how many times I reply to emails stating this, and I've done so in English, Afrikaans and Zulu, these people do not reply at all. Stop harassing me!
