Settled the Account no paid up letter provided.
Im disappointed at this company I had since spoken to the consult regarding settling my account which I did. I was promised a paid up letter so that my credit report can be positively updated . That was in July till today I'm still waiting. My credit report is negatively impacted. This is a matter of life and death situation. This issue needs to be resolved please.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we have noticed that we haven’t received any correspondence from you after paying your settlement offered. The amount of R 1 060.00 was received and updated on the 29/07/2023.
SABC doesn’t send out settlement/ paid letters on TV licences because these are active accounts but we can provide you with an updated statement reflecting the amount you have paid and the amount that the SABC waived off. You will also notice that your renewal month is September annually and the amount of R 265.00 on your statement will be for your licence renewal that will be due in September 2023.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused, we have sent you an email to rectify the issue and provided the updated statement.
