Received an sms to pay my TV license which I legally cancelled directly with the SABC. After weeks of trying to call them a consultant answered and asked for me to submit the cancellation to her. Sent this through and have since resent it 3 times. I have yet to receive a response from them but still receive the SMS. I have also raised a query on their contact us page on their website 4 times now. No one has responded.
