They called me a year ago saying my TV license matter was handed over to them, I told them to cancel the license for and they said they would cancel it and send me a paid up letter once I settle the payment. I did that. And I'm still waiting for that paid up letter, but instead I'm getting calls again that my tv license account is in arrears!! I'm highly disappointed
