Report them to the CFDC

Please report them to the Council for Debt Collectors (CFDC) if you have challenges with them. They are a very terrible company to work with - after they misled me into paying a settlement fee for my TV licence, they continued to harass me. After five months of struggle, I reported them to the Council for Debt Collectors, who attended to my challenge within one business day, and within three days, Hahn Collection cleared my TV licence account.
