****mers and *****sters - sends an SMS demand for a TV Lic of R8 727.00 with just a pay link. No paperwork given, no proof 13 years later that there is still a TV.
TV lic cancelled in writing in 2013 directly to SABC and verified as cancelled by SABC - No TV since 2012. Now this SMS on a number not even active when the TV License was taken out. Go take somebody else for a stupid and get your paperwork in order! BLOCKED as **** artists and reported.
