I'm not sure how this place is in business. I get second hand embarrassment at their incompetence. People hang up on you. People tell you to call the SABC directly (***), people tell you to email but then don't read or reply to those emails. I can't imagine what type of utter bozos are at the helm of this place, because it's utter chaos. I hope they take me to court, so that their own incompetence costs them lawyers fees. Ignore all correspondence from these people. They are amateurs.
