I paid my UNISA fees with Hanh collections (pty)ltd.

I paid my UNISA account with them just in time to be able to register my year modules, when I tell you that I had to speak to different agents so many times to try and get them to expedite my fees allocation which by the way was supposed to take 48 hours to be sent to the school. I am now on the third week my fees are still with them and sadly I couldn't register and till to date I am still being mislead when I call them , and some hang up my calls. Its just sad that they insist that I can't be refunded so that I can pay the school directly.
