Harrassment

If I told them once I told them 200 times that I paid my tv licence and that I refuse to pay anything extra. I threatened to report them for harrassment. They log notes of same but continues and informs me that they will just keep on calling me daily. How idiotic and insane. They spent way over the R165 that they want me to pay in calling me everyday. How does their minds work?
