Harassment Regarding Incorrect TV License Payment

I am experiencing ongoing harassment regarding payment of a TV License that is not in my name. On 12 December, I contacted the relevant department to request the removal of my cell phone number from their records, as I am Mrs. Grobler and the SMS notifications are being incorrectly sent to me for a Ms. ZJ Mpila. I was assured at that time that my number had been removed. On 15 December, I followed up via WhatsApp with the same request, and again received confirmation that my number had been removed. Despite these assurances, I continue to receive daily SMS messages intended for Ms. Mpila.
