Harassment and ignoring proof about cancellation.

left South Africa and formally notified the SABC in writing — both by email and letter — that I no longer reside in the country and requested the cancellation of my TV licence, as required. All these details were shared with Hahn Collections when they first sent me a "collection" and have chosen to ignore all these.

Instead, they continue to harass me with repeated emails and messages. These messages use intimidating and misleading language, including threats of “Trace Alerts” being loaded, even though I have done everything required to cancel my licence.

It is unacceptable that you choose to ignore the facts, and continue with your ************s. Very rude!
