Please be advised that the staff misrepresent information when you are discussing payment plans. The staff member in particular did not disclose vital financial information when making a payment plan with me, information that lead to me having to pay off the debt of an infinite period because she did not disclose the admin fees from Multichoice. If the administrator had been honest and operated with integrity, i would not have to escalate the matter and only to be told 14 days later that they cannot assist me despite it being their fault. I have made consistent payments for four months but my balance hasnt moved because of this misinformation.

They are ************* and only care about money and their targets. This is not how you treat someone trying to do the right thing.
