HAHN COLLECTIONS - WHAT A POOR EFFORT AND CONTINIOUS HARASSMENT

Despite having paid a TV Licence some 4 months back as well as providing proof of payment on no less than 3 occasions, these clowns are still harassing me for payment to this day. This despite having used their e-mail address address; despite calling their offices (an 11 minute wait!) and requesting them the professional courtesy of acknowledging receipt of the mail on no less that the 3 occasions - I am still receiving notices that my Bill is outstanding and attracting interest - REALLY?! Clearly they are not bothered about harassment - perhaps a further investigation into this can yield an outcome!
