hahn collections payment settlement for tv license
I was consulted by one of the consultant of Hahn collections via text message and whatsup,about settling my tv licence, i paid the amount and sent them the proof of the payment on the 22nd of june 2022,till to date my account was never settled

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, SABC did receive your payment in June 2022 of R 695.00 as your settlement amount. An email was sent to the SABC to assist with waiving off penalty fees added on your licence as the settlement offered was paid, the were some delays in waiving off the accounts due to a backlog they had on their side.
The account was waived off as promised, an email was sent to you by Clearence this morning advising you that the matter has been resolved. A statement was also attached on the email that was sent to you in the morning.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
