Hahn Collections not responding to Proof of Payment sent

Hahn Collections are constantly sending me collection messages even though I have emailed through the proof of payment made to SABC TV licenses 4 times (this was initially paid and sent to SABC TV licenses in March 2024). I have even called them 5 times to try rectify the issue. They do not respond to any of my emails. I have gone as far as to include all the email addresses on their website with still no response. I will not pay my TV license twice due to *********** people.
