Hahn Collections. Bad experience

Shocking experience - PayCity handed me over to this collections agency, despite a fine being paid in June 2025 and despite the fine reflecting as paid on numerous online payment / fine sites. Including showing as paid on PayCity - site. Hahn obviously don't bother to check information supp**** by PayCity. Most people avoid using PayCity, as their payment portal, because they fail to update records as well as recently had a **** situation. Hahn should go onto other portals as they will see that fines were actually paid and therefore not hound people before checking their facts.

In addition the person that called me from Hahn did not realise she had not ended the call to me. How she spoke about me to colleagues was atrocious. My car hands free would not disconnect, so I was exposed to her vile comments about me as a client.
